LAMO

I had a blast leading as the Content Coordinator on SUPER77’s LAMO.

With an international team of 10 artists, we created over 200+ skins, vehicles, props, and VFX assets, as well as 20 LAMO figurines for retail in Target, Walmart, and Gamestop.

I established the sculptural style of the LAMO’s hair and accessories, and designed a scalable process that allowed them to be made game, AR, and factory ready. I love sculpting hair!

In addition to sculpting the LAMO figurines, I created an animatable game mesh that could be used as a base for other characters and skins.

Thanks to these assets, I was able to catalogue commonly used assets into a master kit, making our character meshes quick and convenient to assemble.

I arranged our UVs so that texel density was consistent with other envrionment models, and that there was plenty of space for hair, accessories, and other fun hats.

Anchoring these core UV islands allowed our Technical Artist Tyler Melee to create an auto-rigging system that eliminated major production bottlenecks.
